SOWING THE WINTER GARDEN

As the weather gets cooler and autumn shifts into winter, we start preparing our garden beds for the soon to be winter vegetable crop. The perfect time to get your brassica seedlings collection in the ground, alongside peas, lettuces, beets and so much more. An abundant season awaits us!
GRAPE PICKING
end October to mid November 2022
This autumn we begin picking our grapes for our annual grape juice making. We combine a variety of grapes, giving our juice a full flavoured body. We hope you get the chance to taste our lovely homemade and organic grape juice!
OLIVE HARVEST
December 2022
In the month of December we begin our annual olive harvest. Our organic olive oil consists of a wide range of olive ripeness, from bright electric green to dark burgundy tinted olives. This variation enhances its organoleptic properties; a hint of olive spiciness combined with fruity undertones makes for a great quality olive oil.
