All our products are certified organic, grown and harvested in Andalucia, the southern region of Spain.
ORGANIC COLD PRESSED OLIVE OIL
Our harvest is comprised of a mixed pallet of bright green, burgundy and black olives. This organic olive oil is made from a variety of mixed olives which is then cold pressed, ensuring the oil does not loose its nutritional properties. The final product is hand bottled and ready for consumption.
Our farm grows a variety of organic avocados including Hass, Bacon, Reed, Fuerte and a local wild variety. The trees are seasonally pruned and fed twice a year. The usual harvest is every year during Spring time, but we often prefer to pick a few months later, when the fruits are richer and tastier.
ORGANIC DRIED PERSIMMONS
Right before autumn season begins, we harvest our semi-ripe persimmons, peel them and individually hang them in a well aerated place. After two months time, the persimmons dry from the outside while maintaining a moist flesh inside. They are a delicious treat and can be used both in cakes, breads and any dish that needs a sweet touch.
